Adventures in Gluten Free Cooking Part IV

Last night's pizza attempt was pretty bad... but not a complete failure.  But as Julia Child would say... "never apologize! no excuses!"  The pizza was good, and probably would have worked out fine if I'd put parchment paper on the cookie sheet.  I found the recipe here but I used a baking mix that had xanthan gum in it.  Xanthan gum is really expensive so I bought the baking mix instead.
Looks good right?  It was good.  I'll have to test it out again soon.
This is the baking mix I found.  Probably not meant for pizza crust.  But made it work!
Tonight I made steak and pepper tacos.  Rubbed some steak with chili powder, paprika, and taco seasoning(which I won't be using again because saw it contained MSG...oh nononono)  I would also cut the steak up in to smaller pieces next time.
I added some beans, the cooked meat, a little cheese and some baby spinach to corn taco shells.  They were pretty tasty!
